Transferring Service


If you are currently a Sturgeon Bay Utilities residential customer and you are moving to another address within the utility’s service area, you may transfer your service by submitting the form below or call us at (920) 746-2820, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We are also available for connects and disconnects during that time.

NOTE: We require a 48 hour notice during normal business hours to schedule a time to read the meter.
