Billing Information : Bill Payment Assistance
For some customers, including seniors on fixed incomes, energy expenses can be a financial burden. In fact, there are those right here in our community who cannot afford the energy to meet their basic needs. For those who cannot afford such an expense, this can lead to difficult decisions about how to allocate their limited resources. Our Customer Credit Program is designed to help income-qualified households cover their energy costs and reduce the financial burden that they face. If you or someone you know may qualify, we encourage you to establish your income eligibility through the federally funded Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP). To learn more about the WHEAP application process, customers should contact the following county department:
(located at Cherry Point Mall) 1300 Egg Harbor Rd Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 (920) 746-7273
If you have any questions about our program, please contact Program Administrator Cheri Tessmann at (800) 255-9774. Our Customer Credit Program is funded with the portion of Public Benefits dollars specifically set aside for income-qualified individuals and families.
